National Financial Planners have been looking after my personal income protection policy for over 15 years. Recently, I have had to make a claim and the staff were extremely helpful in managing the paperwork that was involved. On Jim advice, some years back we took out trauma insurance for my wife. Last year, she needed to claim on her policy. Thanks to Jim, in our time of extreme stress, he was able to help us navigate through the claims process.
